To ensure that tyre sealant can do its job, there has to be enough of it in the tyre to cover the whole area. The dosage guide below suggests how much Tyre Yogurt tubeless sealant to put in your tyre, be it MTB, Road, Ebike or even OneWheel.
Once you are set up with ‘Tyre Yogurt’ we suggest that you do keep your sealant topped up, especially if you know you have had punctures. You can top-up your sealant, via the valve by removing the valve core.
As Tyre Yogurt tubeless tyre sealant does not dry-out and is thus re-usable, if you change your tyre, you can scoop out any old sealant from the original tyre, add it to the replacement tyre and simply top it up with new Tyre Yogurt.
Note: You may notice that the original pink/ magenta Tyre Yogurt has turned purple/ blue. Do not worry, the sealant has not gone off, it has simply been coloured by the powder used to remove your tyre from their moulds during the production process.
